The results of the materiality analysis of reporting topics are presented in the matrix below. The Y axis shows the materiality of the topics from the perspective of ERGO Hestia Group stakeholders. The X axis shows the materiality of the topics from the perspective of the company’s management. Based on the analysis of the dialogue sessions, the identification of key issues and their prioritisation, 15 material topics were identified in the three areas (E – Environment, S – Social, and G – Governance).
