In 2021, the Foundation’s activities focused on building lasting relationships with companies and strengthening Integralia’s position as an expert in integrating people with disabilities into the business environment. Collaboration continued with Bayer and BNP Paribas in the delivery of training for managers and HR teams. Integralia also provided consulting and recruitment services, supporting its partners in implementing good practices in the employment of people with disabilities. Nine new companies joined the organisations working with the Foundation, including Colas Rail, Bee Talents and PORTA. Work continued on the implementation of procedures for serving customers with disabilities at ERGO Hestia.
2021 was also a time to develop the skills of Integralia’s staff with digital, architectural and transport accessibility audit services on offer to companies.
