Disclosures pursuant to Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (“Taxonomy”)
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Taxonomy, any undertaking which is subject to an obligation to publish non-financial information pursuant to Article 19a or Article 29a of Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council1 shall include in its non-financial statement or consolidated non-financial statement information on how and to what extent the undertaking’s activities are associated with economic activities that qualify as environmentally sustainable.
Pursuant to Article 10(3) of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/21782 (“Delegated Regulation”), which specifies Article 8 of the Taxonomy in the context of reporting by financial undertakings, they are required to provide the following disclosures in 2022 for the year 2021:

ERGO Hestia is also required to disclose the proportion of its systematics eligible non-life business and its systematics non-eligible non-life business.
