The source of our success is a consistently implemented Strategy based on two axes which constitute the company’s values: Power of Information and Power of Community. The first of those reflects the analytical potential of our information resources, the other one the potential of our employees’ competences, motivation and engagement. The synergy of these values builds our market advantage. Given our unique organisational culture model, ERGO Hestia’s top commitment is the Highest Standard of Protection that we provide to all our customers and business partners. Our guiding principles invariably include simplicity, responsiveness and modernity.
The management of sustainability factors is an integral part of the ERGO Hestia Group’s Strategy 2021-2023 “Power of Information and Community” implemented in all areas of our business. Our enduring commitment is to act in accordance with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Diversity Charter, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact. Important areas of our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals include the protection of the environment and the fight against climate change.
