ERGO Hestia Group’s business partners are among our key stakeholders. They form the sales network for our products and are often the first point of contact with customers. For us, cooperation with insurance intermediaries is the key to offering customers the Highest Standard of Protection. After all, it is the relationship between agents and customers that insurance is primarily based on. This is why we are constantly strengthening our relationships and implementing new solutions that both our business partners and customers expect.
Each year, we provide protection to more than 3 million individual customers and, within the corporate segment, to nearly half a million businesses.
Standard Points represent one of the strategic projects developed with our business partners since 2015. The nationwide network of Standard Points is designed to provide customers with the Highest Standard of Protection through friendly access to the insurance offer. The Standard Points are characterised by a consistent and modern interior design style and the highest quality of service for ERGO Hestia customers. Professional advice on protection for our customers is guaranteed by the best insurance agents in Poland.
Launched in 2020, the project aims to create a footprint in cities where we do not yet have our point of sale. We currently have more than 40 Branded Points throughout the country, including small towns. Thanks to these activities, we can bring multiagents closer to our company and make it easier for our customers to access ERGO Hestia. Another impact of this project is to build brand recognition in places where we have not yet been present as a company.
The operation of our business requires the use of market goods and services and thus induces production in the supply chain. A detailed analysis of ERGO Hestia’s economic impact on the environment can be found in our Impact Report.

We care about social and environmental factors in our value chain, which is why we require our key suppliers1 to sign the Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Contractors and to complete a CSR questionnaire, which forms the basis for evaluating suppliers during tender procedures. ERGO Hestia reviews policy provisions against its own requirements of social standards, including respect for human rights and anti-corruption, as well as environmental standards.
100% of new suppliers participating in tender procedures1 have signed the Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Contractors or submitted relevant documents referring to their corporate principles and the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct for Suppliers.
